Corporate Yoga

Lunchtime/after work yoga and meditation is a 45/60 min class it aims to restore and energise your staff to avoid that afternoon slump.

It helps to reduce aches and pains in the body which come from tension and bad posture while at work. It reduces stress so in turn you have healthier, happier staff that can stay focused in their daily activities at work.

Mats and props are provided.

This can also be offered as chair yoga or meditation class, whatever suits your needs

Pop up events and workshops are also available.
